Nicholas John Zervos Jr. is a devoted husband of 22 years, a proud father of six, and a grandfather to five. He embraces life fully, the good, the bad, and everything in between, believing that each experience shapes us and strengthens who we are.

Originally from Brooklyn, New York, Nicholas has called the Greater Orlando and Central Florida area home for the past 25 years. His passion for real estate was planted early in childhood and has been a lifelong dream that he is grateful to now fulfill.

Nicholas grew up watching his grandfather help hundreds of families secure housing through his multi-family property business. Although the perspective was from an ownership standpoint, the values Nicholas absorbed were universal and priceless. Those experiences instilled in him a deep sense of pride, honor, and responsibility when helping individuals and families achieve their own real estate goals.
